Access for people with disabilities
The ADT is committed to providing access to its services to everyone, whether they have a disability or not.
You should fill out a Notification of Assistance Required form to tell the ADT you have a disability and that you require a particular service or facility. If you forget to fill out this form, you (or someone else on your behalf) can contact the ADT to tell them what kind of assistance you need. You or the other person should do this as soon as possible.
Some of the facilities and services we provide for people with disabilities are:
- lifts with voice over to announce the floor
- a telephone typewriter service (TTY)
- a hearing loop (infra-red listening system)
- Auslan interpreters
- wheelchair accessible waiting area, hearing rooms and toilet.
